Limited to 60 campers
The Roberts Wesleyan College Elite Overnight Volleyball Camp is designed for players looking to advance their skills over multiple training sessions. Campers will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from Roberts head coaches Jon and Kirsten Meyers while working directly with current players. Campers will receive training based on age, skill level, and/or position. Flexible grouping of the campers will allow camp coaches optimal time for one-on-one instruction. Athletes who attend the camp will have the chance to improve individual skills as well as high-level team concepts. Current RWC players will also demonstrate necessary skills and team concepts for the benefit of the campers. Campers will participate in a variety of competitions throughout the sessions that will challenge their skills and athletic ability. Competitions include Queen of the Court Challenge and the vertical jump-off.
The camp will feature six volleyball sessions, five included meals, two nights lodging in Roberts Wesleyan College dorm rooms and one camp t-shirt. Campers should bring a water bottle, volleyball practice clothes, kneepads, volleyball shoes, pajamas, pillow, bedding, towel, and toiletries.
