Hi,

I play on the women's club team at SUNY at Buffalo and for as far back as I am aware, the club team has never had a coach. Our budget is just enough to get our travel team out to the necessary tournaments and to cover a portion of our fees for nationals, so we have never been able to hire a full-time coach. We have a lot of potential and some really promising players coming in... Now the only thing we need to complete this package is a coach! Our practices have come down to our starting players running the drills, which clearly is not the most productive use of our practice time.

We are looking for someone willing to volunteer his/her time and knowledge--even if it is only once a week. Classes start up again August 29th, so practices won't begin until probably the second week of September. We typically practice 3-4 times a week and are aiming at getting a 7-9pm practice window. Our practices are on the North Campus. We usually only travel about two times a month to tournaments--so it really isn't a crazy commitment like club was back in high school.
