One team from NY is in the Preseason Top 20.

One is on the barely missed the cut list (Top 117).

Another 6 are on the bubble. (Top 350).

In any event 8 NY teams in the Top 350 is an impressive accomplishment and a credit to all those teams who participated and impressed in the State Championships where prepvolleyball.com was in attendance. Yeah that is nice. Hopefully, it will continue a trend and more programs will develop. As far as your question goes, I guess you have to look at last year's talent, since he and the Molten Rep observed many of the top teams at States last year + minimal graduation and then which teams had players who experienced very successful big-time club seasons. Tawa from Prepvball considers that stuff carefully.
