Sadly, there may be some big schools that do not want McQuaid in A so they have a better shot at taking sectionals. Is Victor definitely A this fall?

What do you guys think of these new preseason rankings:

4. W. Irondequoit

A:
1. Spencerport
2. Gates Chili
3. Penfield
4. Brockport
5. Webster

These are just off the top of my head. Pretty good though I think.

Spencerport is B
Brockport is B

Rush is A

i obviously like gates but don't count out webster and penfield both well coached schools, and come on Spencerport number 1 let's step back to reality

Spencerport has two big hitters, Gates only has one, so I'd favor Spencerport in that matchup. Of course, a lot depends on who comes up from JV.... Somehow the eastside schools always seem to be stronger than the westside, tough to go against Rush, Webster or Penfield.

You know, it's not like RH graduated their entire team... Yes, they did lose three great players. However, they still have a ton of talent and are returning four starters (Ermi, Cardot, Kosloski, and the right side whose name I do not know).

Spencerport is Class B ! they are a much better team than gates. rabidoix, french, jongsma. thats a superstar lineup. at the eastcoast championships (club vball) i saw 2 new kids on the pace 16-2s, and i heard parents saying they were late season adds both from spencerport. looks like austin, the coach of the 162s and spencerport, could be beefing up his line up.

from what i see spencerport has 2 kids playing pace 171s(jongsma)
one playing vic 172's (their libero i believe)(Kauvlickh)
one playing 16-1s(Rabidoix, their best player in my opinion)
2 playing 16-2s (unknown, and Machera who moved up from 15-2s)
2 at 15-2s level(dont know the names, not including Machera)

im not sure about the talent of this group except for rabidoix, french, jongsma. those 3 are great players and a threat, and machera seemed quite good from what i saw at East Coast over memorial day.

no doubt, certainly a stacked team with some depth.

comments, questions, and opinions are always welcome, i think spencerport will be good, but regaurdless will be the most talked about team of the season. They could be a major threat lurking in the mud, or a dud made out to be great. Can't wait to watch how it folds out in the season

This is so ridiculous all of these posts are coming from Gates and Spencerport players. Wait for the season to come and wait to see who wins, enough talk about these two schools who are definitely placed way too high on the rankings which I have not the slightest idea where those came from

Why doesn't anybody talk about Brockport here? They were the division champions last year, are keeping basically 4 and 1/2 starters, have two of the best outsides in my opinion in the division, and just got a new coach who actually knows volleyball.

brockport is good! this is so far a match up of who has the most and the best club players. spencerport wins that competition everyday. its all about depth, and i hear spencerport will have a solid team. id put them above gates and brockport. btw this is not a spencerport player but a webster player

If you want to hear talk about Brockport then you should say somthing about Brockport instead of telling other people to say something. Brockport will be really good, just not as good as Spencerport and Gates.
